Matt Hannaford, Justin Turner and Grace Asemota

Matt and Justin are both qualified lawyers and between them have over 50 years’ experience working in the City. In 2007 they found themselves on opposite sides of the negotiating table on a complex cross-border government shipbuilding project. Seven years later they joined forces to establish Hannaford Turner LLP, a boutique law firm providing specialist advice to financiers, investors, multi-national companies, UHNW individuals and family offices.

Grace has been an English and New York qualified lawyer for over 20 years. She is regarded by her clients as a very pragmatic and solution-driven advisor, with considerable experience of helping put deals together, as well addressing issues that arise when things go wrong. Her focus is on the international trade and commodities sector.

With their vast network of contacts across the globe and their long established history as trusted advisors, clients were increasingly asking for assistance in navigating their way through large and sometimes complex transactions. Maybridge provides Matt, Justin and Grace with the platform to utilise their experience, expertise and network to provide valuable strategic assistance for clients looking at investments, asset plays and projects.

Adam Ramlugon and Mark Needham

Adam and Mark, both qualified English lawyers, have spent their entire careers advising UHNW individuals and family offices in the superyacht, corporate jet and luxury asset sectors. Much like their co-Founders Matt and Justin, their experience and connections in these sectors has led to clients increasingly seeking their support and advice in more holistic and non-binary ways. Maybridge provides them with the platform to meet this demand.

Based on their deep knowledge of the industry, their connections and network and their proven track record as trusted advisors, they can both deliver solution based and value-adding support for UHNW individuals and family offices who appreciate their exacting standards and commercial acumen. Adam and Mark joined Hannaford Turner in 2019 and 2018 respectively to co-head their Luxury Assets team which handles a broad range of advisory and contentious work in fields such as construction, regulatory work, finance, sale and purchase and dispute resolution.
